  Excellent experience all the way around. The store is huge and has a great selection. Burt was very friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding customer service. Our custom order was delivered in a couple days and was fully assembled by the delivery guys. I definitely recommend The Futon Shop for anyone looking for a futon.
